Ellyx Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01 April 2026

1. Overview

The Ellyx Referral Program (“Program”) allows existing users (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by inviting new users (“Invitees”) to join the Ellyx platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as Ellyx’s general Terms of Service and applicable policies.

2. Referral Reward

Referrers are eligible to receive a reward of 20 USDT for each qualified Invitee who successfully meets all eligibility criteria outlined below. The reward will be credited exclusively to the Referrer’s Ellyx account and cannot be transferred or paid through any other platform, wallet, bank account, cheque, bank transaction, or in cash. The reward will only be issued once all eligibility criteria have been fully met.

3. Eligibility Requirements

A referral will be considered valid and eligible for a reward only if the Invitee completes all of the following steps:

  1. Registration & Verification

    • The Invitee must be registered on the Ellyx platform using the Referrer’s unique referral link.
    • The Invitee must successfully complete all required identity verification (KYC) procedures.

  2. Minimum Deposit

    • The Invitee must deposit at least 10 USDT into their Ellyx account.

  3. Trading Requirement

    • The Invitee must complete buy and/or sell transactions totaling at least 50 USDT (cumulative volume).
    • These transactions must be completed within 30 days of registration.

4. Reward Distribution

  • Rewards will be credited to the Referrer’s account after all eligibility requirements have been verified and fulfilled.
  • Processing times may vary but are typically completed within two weeks after qualification.
  • Ellyx reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards pending verification.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
  • Referrers may not create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activity to obtain rewards.
  • Rewards may be limited per user, campaign, or region at Ellyx’s discretion.
  • The Program is subject to availability in specific jurisdictions.

6. Fraud and Abuse

Ellyx reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Revoke rewards obtained through manipulation, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity.

7. Modifications and Termination

Ellyx may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

8. General Conditions

  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  • Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
  • Ellyx’s decisions regarding eligibility and rewards are final.
